Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before subscribing to Novel Bitches, LLC. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

SUSCRIPTION SERVICES

Novel Bitches, LLC offers a monthly subscription box service. By subscribing, you agree to pay the monthly fee in full, and we will ship you a curated box of items related to the book of the month.

CANCELLATIONS & PAUSES

You may cancel or pause your subscription anytime between the 2nd and last day of the month. Billing occurs on the 1st of each month.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Once your payment has been processed, returns are not accepted. Due to the customized nature of our items, cancellations are not possible after payment processing.

SHIPPING & DAMAGES

We ship all boxes via Pirate Ship and the United States Postal Service (“USPS”), which includes insurance. While we take care to pack items securely, we cannot guarantee that all items will arrive undamaged due to circumstances beyond our control. In the event of damage, you can file a claim with USPS.

We will make every effort to replace any damaged items with a similar item of equal value, but exact replacements are not guaranteed as stock may vary.

CHARGEBACKS

Chargebacks are only accepted under limited circumstances, such as non-receipt of your subscription box or items arriving damaged due to factors not covered by USPS insurance. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks if the reasons for the request fall outside of these circumstances.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Novel Bitches, LLC is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred as a result of using our services, except as required by law. Our liability is limited to the cost of your subscription.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

Our services are intended for individuals 18 years or older. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Please check back periodically for changes.
