  • DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT
    A deposit of $200 is required and due today to secure your spot in the retreat and will be applied to your total cost.
     
  • PAYMENT PLAN
    The total cost for the retreat is $720 per person and includes a $20 service fee.   If you select a monthly payment plan, outside of your $200 deposit, the remaining balance will be split into four equal installments of $130 each; payable on the 15th of each month (March, April, May & June).
     
  • EXCLUSIONS
    The price does not include airfare or travel expenses to and from the retreat location.  The closest airport to the retreat location is Charlotte Douglas International (CLT) which is approximately 45 minutes away.
     
  • NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY
    The deposit and the first installment payment are non-refundable under any circumstances.
     
  • CANCELLATION CONTINGENCY
    If the retreat is cancelled by Novel Bitches LLC due to unforeseen events (such as natural disasters, rental cancellation prior to the event by the host, etc.), participants will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
     
  • PAYMENT SCHEDULE
    Participants should adhere to the agreed payment schedule (see “PAYMENT PLAN” above) to maintain their reservation for the retreat.
     
  • FINAL PAYMENT & LATE PAYMENT POLICY
    All payments must be completed in accordance with the agreed payment schedule. Late payments are not accepted without prior written consent from Novel Bitches LLC. Failure to complete payments on time, without an approved exception, may result in forfeiture of your spot in the retreat and loss of any non-refundable payments made.
     
  • ASSUMPTION OF RISK
    By participating in the Novel Bitches Retreat, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with your attendance and participation in activities at the retreat location, during any excursions, and in transit. This includes personal injury, illness, and property damage. You agree that Novel Bitches LLC is not liable for any harm or loss that may occur. Your participation is at your own risk, and you are responsible for ensuring you have adequate insurance and take necessary precautions.
