When is the order deadline?
Orders for reserving an upcoming Novel Box are due on the 20th of the month.
When do the boxes ship?
We ship our kids/teens boxes out on the 30th every month.
Can I modify/cancel my order?
You may cancel your order up to 7 days prior to the monthly ship date (the 23rd of the month). All sales are final after this cancellation window has lapsed and we are unable to accept returns.
For changes to your order (e.g. adding a book, etc.), please contact admin@novelbitches.com. Changes can be accommodated up to 7 days prior to the monthly ship date (the 23rd of the month).
