Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Subscription renewal orders are processed on the 1st of each month.
  • Orders will be processed and ready to ship on the 20th of each month.
  • Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY

  • We offer standard shipping via USPS Priority Mail, which includes insurance and tracking.
  • Shipping rates on our Novel Boxes are free of charge.  All other items are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
  • Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days after your order has been processed, depending on your location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

  • We ship to P.O. Boxes within the United States. Please ensure your address is complete and accurate to avoid any delivery delays.

ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.

SHIPPING ISSUES

  • We strive to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. However, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages due to issues beyond our control once they are in possession of the United States Postal Service (USPS).
  • If your package arrives damaged, please work with us to file a claim directly with USPS. We will do our best to provide a replacement for any damaged items, subject to availability.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

  • Due to the personalized nature of our subscription boxes and the customized items they contain, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • Once a payment is processed, it is final, as we begin procuring items immediately.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

  • You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time between the 2nd and the last day of the month. Billing occurs on the 1st of each month for the following month’s box.
  • Changes to shipping addresses or contact information must be made before the last day of the month to ensure accurate delivery of your subscription box.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

  • If you receive a damaged item or your order is incomplete, please contact us at info@novelbitches.com within 7 days of receiving your box.
  • While we cannot guarantee an exact replacement due to limited stock, we will offer a similar item of equal value whenever possible.

SHIPPING ERRORS

  • Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
