Frequently Asked Questions
When is the subscription deadline?
Subscriptions must be placed before the 1st of the month PRIOR to the month you're looking to purchase. For example, to subscribe in time for the March box, you need to place your subscription order before February 1st.
If you miss the deadline, your first billing will occur the following month and you will be queued up for the box that follows.
When do boxes ship?
Boxes ship with ample time to reach you prior to the start of our reading schedule for the month. We ship our boxes out on the 20th every month.
Can I modify/cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription prior to the 1st of the month. If you miss the deadline, your subscription will be cancelled effective as of the next billing date (the following 1st of the month). No refunds or returns are accepted for subscription payments that have already been billed.
